Thanks Onuvanja, I couldn’t recall the proper translation. We had quite a spirited discussion here on this forum on the phrase “top of the morning” a few years ago. Some claimed it was merely a Hollywood concoction and others claimed it was a true Irish saying. I had found references to the mid to late 1800’s, which pre-dates Hollywood’s possible involvement.
