The DIL online (type “DIL Irish” in Google) is a dictionary of Irish, say, from Old Irish to Classical Irish. There’s a Modern Irish>Early Irish index for that dictionary, I guess you may buy it online.
There’s also an etymological dictionary of Old Irish, in French, by scholar P.Y. Lambert: ‘Dictionnaire étymologique de l’irlandais anciens’, in several volumes and pretty expensive…
