    Hi all,

Does anyone have information on where I can find Audio files in Munster Irish, or better yet somewhere i can download these files.
I’m trying to build a Anki deck with over 2,000 words and phrases in Munster Irish.
I have the old Teach yourself Irish cd’s and using the Munster CD’s from Gaschaint, im then editing these in Audacity to fit in to audio flash cards.

its a long process, but im learning as I go. if anyone has done anything like this before, some tips wouldn’t go astray , or better yet another Audio anki flash card deck in Irish .

    Gura Míle maith agaibh

There are quite a number of audio recordings by native Munster speakers on the excellent corkirish.wordpress.com. In particular there are the recordings of Mo Scéal Féin by Peadar Ua Laoghaire at corkirish.wordpress.com/audio-files-on-this-site/ which you could work through and cut out the words as you put them into the anki deck.

There is also an audiobook of Séadna which you can get here: http://www.litriocht.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=6500, and this user on forvo: http://www.forvo.com/user/Carmanach/pronounced-words/page-10/

For conversational Munster Irish as opposed to literary Munster Irish I tend to listen to the RNaG show An Saol Ó Dheas whose previous and latest episodes can be found here: http://www.rte.ie/radio/
