Just wanted to mention that some more advanced word order seems to have finally “clicked” for me.
I’m excited that my brain is now using and understanding the sentence structure: [verb] [subj] [obj] a [verbal noun+lention]. the predicate of that sentence would have confused me so much trouble in the past and producing it myself would have probably been impossible or dissasterous gramatically. lol But now I find myself doing it almost naturally. Speaking is still my weakest point but with my writing slowly progressing I know my speaking and listening will continue to improve right along with it.
I hope that dilligent practice on FB and with a friend of mine (who is tollerant of me texting and emailing her in Gaeilge), reading any books as Gaeilge that I can get my hands on, and continuing Rosetta Stone will help me keep that knowledge and continue to use it correctly. 🙂
