I wonder if some of you living in Ireland have a sense of the state of curricula available to teachers in Irish-language schools, especially in mathematics, science and computers. My guess is that Irish-language publications are pretty limited, leaving teachers to either create them themselves or switch to English when teaching these subjects beyond the basics.

I’d love to hear your experience. If there are Irish-language materials available, could you point me to where I would look for them? I am familiar with this site, http://www.curriculumonline.ie, which is excellent, but interested more in published materials.

    Go raibh míle maith agaibh.

Do you mean books, or syllabuses?

As far as I know the syllabus is published online only. It was not available in Irish for all subjects until a complaint was made through the language commissioner; I believe it is now.

The situation with books is mixed – that is one of the tasks of COGG

For reasons of cost some of the books are only available online. (but free), see the publications section of COGG website.
