Snapchat Idea

Snapchat is a great app to instantly show whatever it is that you want someone to see, complete with a limited text available for further description. Why not integrate it into language-learning? Take a picture of a boat, and write “Bád” over it; simple, but potentially highly effective as snapchat is easy to use, quick, and constantly in use. It’s like a fun way to do flashcards, all the time!

This is a great idea! I’d snapchat you, but I don’t have one. (Or anything that I can put apps on) But if I get one I’d use it for Irish learning purposes for sure.

Seinn: Thanks! Hopefully I can get two or three people on board with this, and with that many snapchats flying around a common vocab list can quickly be built. The optimal way to do it would be to have a few novices involved, so that everyone is studying at around the same level.
