Hello everyone. Does the phrase “tagann sé thart” mean “he passes by here” or can it also mean “he comes on visit”?. Thanks

It can mean he comes on a visit. Possibly a regular visit, as a pedlar might make.

NB: It can also mean to overcome an obstacle if it is used with “ar”.
