All of these beautiful drawings are the work of Mary Pat Hyland (Máire Phádraicín Ní Aoláin). They are available as laminated prints, or un-laminated and suitable for your own framing. Un-laminated prints measures approximately 8 1/2″ X 11″ and laminated versions are slightly larger (approximately 9″ X 11 1/2″). Under each drawing is an Irish proverb, known as a “Seanfhocal”, which relates to the people depicted in the drawing.  Click on the individual prints to see the artwork, plus the text of the Irish Proverb along with it’s translation in English.
