Ballooning

I’ve seen Balloon written as Éadromán. I much prefer this to Balún or sim.
So, could anyone suggest a development of Éadromán that would mean Ballooning (as in going up in the sky)?

I know “balún” is not your preferred word, but Ó Dónaill suggests “balún instiúrtha” for a dirigible which is one way of saying hot-air balloon.

It would probably depend somewhat on the dialect but “éadrománaíocht” should be intelligible to most (as suggested above).
