There are a few ways of saying these things. What you have is not totally incorrect, but definitely not correct.
bí dílis do d’obair, do d’fhocal, agus do do chara.
seas le d’obair, le d’fhocal, agus le do chara.
You could substitute “chairde” for “chara” if you want to make it “friends” instead of “friend”.
There are a lot of other variations you could do, but those are at least grammatically appropriate unlike what the translator gave you.
